Warehouse and wharf is located at No. 71, 71/1-9, Moo. 1, Soi Suksawat 49, Suksawat Road, Bangchak, Phrapradaeng, Samutprakarn. The warehouse are cement-coated brick building, tile roofed with steel support, reinforced ferroconcrete floored on foundation piles, and air ventilated channels.
The space in each building ranges from 792 square meters up to 2,100 square meter, totally 29 godowns. The total area is 43,087 square meters of 215,435 metric tons for the storage of goods. A roofed transit shed for the placement of goods a-waiting loading on board a large ocean vessel and a lighter, covering the area of approximately 4,003 square meters for the placing capacity of approximately 11,969 metric tons. Convenient roads in the warehouse area and the parking spaced

Warehouse and wharf Services
1. CARGO DEPOSIT SERVICE
Taking the deposit of crops and agricultural products to be exported and taking the deposit of imported cargoes and general goods which manufacture for consuming in the country.

WAREHOUSE LEASING FOR GOODS DTORAGE
Providing space area for rental to storage
of goods with whole area of godown at 750-2,150 square meters
or rental a part of area of godown with minimum area at 100 square meters.
A capacity of weight load is 5 ton per square
meter.
3.
TAKING PLEDGE OF THE CARGOES DEPOSIT
The depositors can be endorsement pledge
for the borrowing the warrant with the Company to obtain
loans from banks and other financial institutions.
4.
WHARFING SERVICE
Providing two wharfs for ocean vessels of
not exceeding 565 ft. in length and not exceeding 27 ft. draft.
5.
THROUGH CARGO
Providing wharfs for cargo loading and unloading
to transfer to destination

STEVEDORING SERVICE
For convenience speediness and efficiency,
the Company provides prompt and sufficient labour and
all kinds of cargo transferring equipment.
7. WEIGHING
SERVICE
Providing Modern and accurate weighing machines
with the platform measured 18 m.x 3m. for 60 metric
ton weight
8. DISTRIBUTION
CENTER
With Connecting between manufactures and
retailers through the latest technology network system of
passing and distributing goods.
9. SECURITY
SERVICE
Deployment of security guards in the warehouse
area for 24 hours. Fire protection and prevention systems
or other warning systems for protection against hazards.

SERVICE
Provided according to the desire of each
depositor.
